New Holland Market
This shopping destination sits at a busy gateway to the City of Gainesville, Georgia. The project began with site improvements on 68 acres on two sides of a major road into the city. The center included a 123,561 square foot Kroger Marketplace Store and 15,000 square feet of retail shops. The site work included the infrastructure for outparcels that the owner would use for future restaurant tenants.
