Accounting Assistant Manager

California / Remote

This position will assist our Accounting Manager in all aspects of the accounting and financial operations of the company including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and job cost. This position will ideally be the pathway to Accounting Manager. Ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in a business field or equivalent business experience. Must be detail oriented with an exceptional aptitude for numbers in addition to the general traits above and below we are looking for in any team member.


Construction Project Managers

New York / Remote

Our Construction Project Managers will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10 million and beyond. The Project Manager will initially work alongside senior company personnel and then grow to running projects individually based on their level of experience.


Estimators

New Jersey / Remote

Our Estimators will be responsible for the preconstruction process for construction project ranging from $500,000 to $10 million and beyond. Estimators will work alongside our Director of Preconstruction in all aspects of the budgeting and bidding process. Project assignments will be based on level of experience and proficiency.


Superintendents

London / Remote

Our Superintendents will be responsible for the day to day on site management of our projects. Superintendents will work alongside our Project Managers and company leadership to bring projects in safely, on time and on budget. Project assignments will be based on level of experience and proficiency as determined by company leadership.


Field Operations

Florida / Remote

We are always looking for people who want to grow with our business through hourly positions. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. All field operations people assist our superintendents in the day to day on site management of our projects. Project assignments will be based on level of experience and qualifications as determined by company leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university in a related field for all non-field positions
  • 3-5 years of experience a general contracting firm for all non-entry level positions Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and writtens
  • Demonstrates computer proficiency using industry products such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Outlook
  • Ability to read, comprehend, analyze and execute construction plans and documents resulting in successful projects
  • Ability to build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors that lead to positive outcomes
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to supervise and mentor others that leads to personal and professional growth
  • Ability to maintain focus while working in a high level, fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
