Hollywood
The South Florida city of Hollywood is home to this 99,600 SF self-storage facility. The structure of this building is comprised of a poured in place concrete frame with post tensioned reinforced concrete floor slabs. The four story structure is built on a 25,000 SF footprint, located on a one acre site. Building setback requirements of five feet from the front and side property lines presented a challenge in installing the reinforced masonry exterior walls and the stucco finish applied directly to those walls. Site work for this project included an on-site exfiltration system.
