Champion Storage
This self storage facility stands out in an industrial area within the City of Atlanta. It is a four story brick and block structure that sits on a tight 1.56 acres. The facility is over 95,000 square feet and houses 672 climate-controlled units, all accessed by an interior hallway system for added security. The challenges on this project were the location and size of the site. Coordinating construction equipment and parking for the crew was a daily challenge.
