North Logan Commons
North Logan Commons consists of site work and building construction for a 110,000 square foot power center. Tenants include Lowe’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetsMart, Office Max, Dollar Tree and retail shops. While major tenant construction is complete, Collins and Arnold continues to build out tenant spaces on an ongoing basis. This project was done on a GMP basis.
