Dawson Marketplace
Site development on approximately 100 acres in Dawsonville, Georgia, paved the way for this large retail shopping destination. Phase I of the development included a Kroger Marketplace store, 145,856 square feet of retail space including national tenants – Marshall’s, Ross Dress for Less, Petco and Famous Footwear. Phase II consisted of 135,886 additional square feet of retail space which included Home Goods, Bealls, Burlington, and Restoration Hardware.
