Marketplace at Terrell Mill
We were selected to do site development for one of our long time clients on this 24 acre parcel for a mixed use development to include multi-family residential, retail and self-storage. Our scope included demolition of an existing elementary school, relocation of underground and overhead utilities from a neighboring sub station, curb and traffic signal work in the right of way at a very busy Cobb County intersection.
