Johns Creek Village
Collins and Arnold was selected to build Johns Creek Village in Duluth, Georgia. This upscale specialty center in a master-planned community is 182,973 square feet containing a 30,587 square foot TJMaxx, a 29,950 square foot Ross, a 41,000 square foot LA Fitness and 81,436 square feet of specialty shops. The site improvements included an underground detention vault with a parking deck above. The owner’s schedule dictated the TJMaxx be built in 13 weeks. The store was completed one week ahead of schedule.
