Hillcrest Shopping Center
The renovation of this existing center consisted of dividing a dark 109,000 square foot merchandise store into a 30,000 square foot Ross, a 20,000 square foot Office Depot, a 29,000 square foot Petco Store, a 7,400 square foot Panera Bread, and 22,600 square feet of future tenant space. The project included the removal of the abandoned store fixtures and interior fixtures, the addition of loading docks and new front elevations complying with each tenant’s criteria. Collins and Arnold also built a 25,000 square foot SteinMart and a 34,000 square foot Marshall's from the ground up at the center.
