Life Time Work
This stunning interior buildout and exterior facelift won first place in the AGC Build Georgia awards! We transformed this 30,000sf vacant grocery store into a state-of-the-art shared workspace for LIFE TIME WORK. This upcycled buildout required taking an empty shell and creating more than 100 offices, conference rooms, nooks, and a stunning breakroom.
Westshore Multi-Tenant
Westshore Multi-Tenant Building is part of a master development in Cumming, GA. The project was ground-up construction with extensive underground detention as well as several grease trap systems. The building consisted of structural steel and wood-frame construction, with the design giving a farmhouse feel.
Kroger Remodel & Expansion
Collins and Arnold is proud to be part of Kroger’s remodel and expansion program. Georgia projects include stores in Douglasville, Rome, and Carrollton. Kentucky projects include stores in Prospect and Louisville. Work is done while the stores remain open, requiring meticulous planning and safety for customers and store personnel.

Not only did we get to be involved in the development of Parkview on Peachtree, but when the owner decided to move his offices to the new office building, we got to build out their interior. The building has an industrial loft feel as a nod to the history of the City of Chamblee.
Immediate MedCare
The lodge design of this Immediate MedCare was in keeping with the North Georgia mountain town of East Ellijay. This center provides medical care for non-emergency incidents and illnesses.
