The Wolf River project sits on an 11.66 acre site. The site scope included the importing and placement of approximately 140,000 cubic yards of fill material, storm sewer and utilities to prepare for the construction of the buildings. The Wolf River Office Complex was built in three phases including the site work. The development consists of three buildings that while visually similar are each unique in their design, construction and interior finishes.
