Aptly named, this shopping destination sits on the shore of Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia.  Our work included site development on 33 acres which would boast retail space for national tenants Academy Sports + Outdoor, Burlington, Home Goods, Hobby Lobby and Five Below. Several outparcels were prepared for the owner for future restaurant tenants.
