Collins and Arnold reconfigured interior lease space and exterior facades at North Dekalb Mall. This work was done to accommodate a new Ross, a Rhodes Furniture, Mattress Firm, and other tenants to revitalize this 35 year old mall. Work entailed the relocation of existing site and building utilities, including an electrical transformer servicing a major portion of the mall along with one of the mall’s electrical rooms. Several tenants needed to be relocated. All work was accomplished while keeping the mall in operation during normal business hours.
