Life Time Work
This stunning interior buildout and exterior facelift won first place in the AGC Build Georgia awards! We transformed this 30,000sf vacant grocery store into a state-of-the-art shared workspace for LIFE TIME WORK. This upcycled buildout required taking an empty shell and creating more than 100 offices, conference rooms, nooks, and a stunning breakroom.
Westshore Multi-Tenant
Westshore Multi-Tenant Building is part of a master development in Cumming, GA. The project was ground-up construction with extensive underground detention as well as several grease trap systems. The building consisted of structural steel and wood-frame construction, with the design giving a farmhouse feel.
Lowe’s of Braselton GA
This Lowe’s had very upscale exterior finishes to comply with the Chateau Elan area. The Building consisted of a 110,000 SF building with a 35,000 SF garden center.
Starland Village
Starland Village residences feature studio, one and two-bedroom units, off-street parking, a fitness center, onsite bike valet, and neighboring restaurant and retail shops. Inspired y historic architectural details found within the tapestry of existing buildings and homes in the area, the design aesthetic of Starland Village residences marries old-world with new, modern functionality.
Buckhead Station
Buckhead Station consists of a two story 230,000 square foot retail component with two levels of parking (one underground), and an 18 story residential component with four levels of underground parking. Collins and Arnold is proud to be part of Kroger’s remodel and expansion program. Georgia projects include stores in Douglasville, Rome, and Carrollton.
